The story goes that in 1666, an abandoned temple was discovered on one of Lima's main avenues. Hidden within its dusty, ancient walls lay images of the intersection of Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory. Ancient recipes were also found, allowing our chef to create a menu steeped in mysticism, as well as deep copper vessels where strange concoctions inspired by alcoholic gods like Dionysus and Bacchus are still macerated and rested. From this space, LA BASILICA 640 was born, a conceptual restobar where you can unleash your instincts, enjoying the experience inside the temple or from home.
